How to Print PDF in Batch
Printing PDF files in batch is just as simple as printing a single one. The only difference is how many files you check-mark and how many sheets of paper you have in your printing device.
In order to print PDF files, run Total PDF Printer and select the folder with PDF documents from the navigation pad on the left. Click on the folder. There will be a list of files contained in the folder in the middle. Check the files you need to print.
If you need to print only a few PDF documents, check them manually. If you would like to print a handful of documents, click Check All. All the files will be check-marked automatically. Click Print button in the top left corner of the interface. Use the Wizard to adjust your settings. Here you can do a lot of things to your documents. For instance, you can scale them using the following standards: Letter, Tabloid, Legal, A3, A4, A5, B4, B5. Select yur preferred paper orientation.
Use the separator to group your printed documents. The program will separate your files with blank sheets, so that you will not get confused. According to the goal of printing, use the following printing quality options: Draft, Medium, Low or High. This will help you control the consumption of ink. Click Start to print your documents.
